
QHSE Administrator

Nordex Nordic region is now looking for a Quality, Health, Safety, Environment Administrator (QHSE) to be located in our Helsinki office in Ruoholahti. We are growing within the Nordic region and our Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) team is looking for an ambitious QHSE Admin to join us. If you are recently graduated or just excited by the world of HSE and see yourself starting a career in the wind industry, this is the perfect position for you.
The QHSE admin is an essential position as they will be responsible for doing reporting and updates of documents, updating and managing the company's HSE systems, audit assistance, record keeping, HSE induction, managing the monitoring, measurements and auditing plan, and the assistance of the QHSE team.
Your tasks:

Support developing, maintaining and monitoring the QHSE Nordic sharepoint

Ensure incident reporting is accurate

Monitor outstanding actions and follow up for resolutions (from audits/incidents)

In charge of the monthly QHSE reports

Further administrative tasks related to QHSE

Liaise with the different departments as well as external companies to collect necessary information.
Your profile:

Education in Health and Safety or other applicable discipline
-
Highly organised, efficient, good attention to detail

Good Finnish and English skills, both verbally and written. Knowledge of the Swedish language is an advantage

Knowledge of / or a keen interest in QHSE is desirable.

Microsoft office packages

Ability to manage and prioritise workload
